Liebe Khordong Freunde,
in diesem Jahr jährt sich der Todestag von Chhimed Rigdzin Rinpoche laut westlichen Kalender am 14.06., laut tibetischem Kalender am 03.07. zum 20. Mal. In vielen Praxisgruppen wird an diesen Tagen Rinpoche gedacht und Pujas und Meditationen ausgeführt. Dies ist eine großartige Gelegenheit, sich an die liebevolle Güte unseres geliebten Lehrers und Gurus zu erinnern, und auch unsere Verbundenheit als Sangha zu zelebrieren. Was auch immer an Praxis, Puja oder Meditation möglich ist, möge die Erinnerung an C.R. Lama als Inspiration dienen, den Buddha Geist / die Buddha Natur in uns zu erwecken!
In diesem Zusammenhang möchten wir auch auf das diesjährige Sommerprogramm in Drophan Ling in Darnkow hinweisen:

8. bis 16. August - Vajrakilaya Drubchen mit Mönchen aus Shimla
17. bis 27. August - Fortsetzung der Butterlampen Praxis
Die im letzten Rundbrief angesprochene Spendenaktion zur Stärkung des Friedens auf der Welt war ein voller Erfolg und wir möchten uns bei euch bedanken. Durch eure Hilfe konnte die Vajrakilaya Praxis im Dorje Drak Kloster in Shimla großzügig mit finanziellen Mitteln ausgestattet werden.
Wir möchten euch auch auf eine weitere Spendenaktion aufmerksam machen. Das übersetzen und editieren von Dharma Texten braucht viel Zeit und Energie, und nicht zuletzt auch finanzielle Ressourcen. Deshalb möchten wir unter dem Stichwort „edition khordong“ Spenden sammeln, um anstehende Übersetzungsprojekte zu unterstützen.

Dear Khordong friends,
this year marks the 20th anniversary of Chhimed Rigdzin Rinpoche's death on 14 June according to the Western calendar and on 3 July according to the Tibetan calendar. In many practice groups Rinpoche is commemorated on these days and pujas and meditations are performed. This is a great opportunity to remember the loving kindness of our beloved teacher and guru, and also to celebrate our connectedness as a sangha. Whatever practice, puja or meditation is possible, may the memory of C.R. Lama serve as inspiration to awaken the Buddha nature within us!

The fundraising campaign to strengthen peace in the world mentioned in the last newsletter was a great success and we would like to thank you. Through your help, the Vajrakilaya practice at Dorje Drak Monastery in Shimla was generously provided with funds.
We would also like to draw your attention to another fundraising campaign. Translating and editing Dharma texts takes a lot of time and energy, not to mention financial resources. Therefore, we would like to collect donations under the keyword "edition khordong" to support upcoming translation projects.
